Pengaruh Stress Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Pada BIMBA AIUEO di Kota Tanggerang

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur tingkat stres kerja (X) dan kinerja (Y) Guru Pada BIMBA AIUEO serta mengetahui hubungan yang signifikan antara stres kerja dengan kinerja Guru Pada BIMBA AIUEO adalah untuk menentukan apakah ada dampaknya. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode sampling jenuh. Seleksi langsung dari seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 35 orang. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan menggunakan kuesioner (survei) dengan sasaran seluruh Guru Pada BIMBA AIUEO di Kota Tanggerang. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengolah dan menganalisis data adalah uji korelasi product moment, uji korelasi , dan uji signifikansi koefisien korelasi (uji t). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, koefisien korelasi antara stres kerja dengan kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,880 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 77,44%. Artinya stres kerja sebesar mempengaruhi 77,44% terhadap kinerja dan sisanya sebesar 22,56% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Setelah dilakukan uji signifikansi diperoleh hasil sebesar 10,643 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to measure the level of work stress (X) and performance (Y) of teachers at BIMBA AIUEO and to determine the significant relationship between work stress and teacher performance at BIMBA AIUEO to determine whether there is an impact. Sampling was carried out using the saturated sampling method. Direct selection of all 35 employees. Meanwhile, the data collection method used was a questionnaire (survey) targeting all teachers at BIMBA AIUEO in Tanggerang City. The methods used to process and analyze data are the product moment correlation test, correlation test, and correlation coefficient significance test (t test). Based on the research results, the correlation coefficient between work stress and employee performance is 0.880 and the coefficient of determination is 77.44%. This means that work stress influences 77.44% of performance and the remaining 22.56% is influenced by other factors. After carrying out a significance test, the
result was 10.643, so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between work stress and employee performance.
