Analisis Tingkat Kesehatan Perusahaan Berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Menteri BUMN Nomor: KEP-100/MBU/2002 (Studi Kasus pada PT Nindya Karya (Persero) Jakarta, Periode 2015-2019)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi tingkat kesehatan keuangan pada salah satu perusahaan BUMN yaitu PT Nindya Karya (Persero) dengan mengacu kepada Surat Keputusan Menteri BUMN Nomor: KEP-100/MBU/2002. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan studi kasus dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu dengan cara menganalisis data-data laporan keuangan untuk menentukan seberapa besar rasio keuangan yang dihasilkan perusahaan dan ditentukan skornya sehingga dapat memberikan gambaran yang jelas mengenai tingkat kesehatan perusahaan. Data yang diteliti bersifat kuantitatif, yaitu diperoleh dengan menganalisis laporan keuangan PT Nindya Karya (Persero) tahun 2015-2019. Hasil analisis tingkat kesehatan PT Nindya Karya (Persero) dari aspek keuangan selama tahun 2015-2019 mengalami peningkatan dan penurunan. Hasil penilaian tingkat kesehatan keuangan PT Nindya Karya (Persero) selama tahun 2015-2019 berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Menteri BUMN Nomor: KEP-100/MBU/2002 memperoleh predikat “SEHAT”.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information on the level of financial helath at on of the state-owned companies, namely PT Nindya Karya (Persero) by referring to the Decree of Minister of BUMN Number: KEP100/MBU/2002. This research was conducted with a case study with a quantitative approach, namely by analyzing financial statement data to determine how much the company’s financial ratios were generated and the score was determined so that it could provide a clear picture of the company’s health level. The data studied is quantitative, which is obtained by analyzing the financial statements of PT Nindya Karya (Persero) for year 2015-2019. The results of the analyzing of the health level of PT Nindya Karya (Persero) from the financial aspect during 2015-2019 have increased and decreased. The results of the assessment of financial health level of PT Nindya Karya (Persero) during 2015-2019 based on the Decree of the Minister BUMN Number: KEP-100/MBU/2002 received the title of “HEALTHY”.
