Pelayanan Pustakawan Dalam Pengelolaan Perpustakaan Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Depok
Abstract
The function of the library is to provide services to the whole community. The library as a center for information services must have librarians who can manage the library well. This research was conducted at the LP3I Polytechnic Library, Depok Campus. This study aims to determine the extent of librarian services in library management. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Analysis of the data used is qualitative analysis by direct observation, interviews and literature study. Based on the analysis of the data on the results of interviews by researchers, it was concluded that the librarian had managed the library well by providing book management services, storing e-libraries, making book receipts functioning as evidence, recording borrowing books.
