Analisis Pengaruh SMS Banking Bank BCA Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah di Kota Depok
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan layanan SMS Banking Bank BCA terhadap loyalitas nasabah di Kota Depok. Layanan SMS Banking merupakan salah satu inovasi perbankan digital yang memudahkan nasabah dalam melakukan transaksi tanpa harus datang ke kantor cabang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei kepada 150 nasabah Bank BCA di Kota Depok yang secara aktif menggunakan layanan SMS Banking. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mencakup dimensi kemudahan penggunaan, keamanan, kecepatan layanan, serta kepuasan nasabah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor kemudahan penggunaan dan keamanan layanan SMS Banking berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Sementara itu, kecepatan layanan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa Bank BCA perlu lebih memperhatikan aspek kecepatan dan kualitas layanan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah melalui layanan SMS Banking. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan strategi pemasaran digital Bank BCA dalam mempertahankan loyalitas nasabah.

Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of using BCA Bank SMS Banking services on customer loyalty in Depok City. SMS Banking service is a digital banking innovation that makes it easier for customers to carry out transactions without having to come to a branch office. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach to 150 BCA Bank customers in Depok City who actively use SMS Banking services. Data is collected through a questionnaire that covers the dimensions of ease of use, security, speed of service and customer satisfaction. The research results show that the ease of use and security factors of SMS Banking services have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Meanwhile, service speed does not have a significant influence. These findings indicate that Bank BCA needs to pay more attention to aspects of speed and service quality to increase customer loyalty through SMS Banking services. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of BCA Bank's digital marketing strategy in maintaining customer loyalty.
